One of A Kind - Chow Dog Photo

Allyson captured this photo at the local dog show. In color, all of the Chow's looked so similar...it was hard to tell them apart. So I color splashed the photo, making the one Chow stand out. Despite the fact they all looked alike from a distance, each is truly one of a kind, and this photo now focuses on the individuality.

The Monarch Butterfly

I've been holding onto this photo for a while, unsure of what to do with it. I loved the capture of the butterfly, but the greenery behind it took away from the butterfly's beauty. When I decided to continue on with my Color Splash photo series, this photo came across my screen again and with one glance, it was clear what I should do - color splash it! I'm glad I did...it turned out fabulous!
